SHIPPINGS & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Our products come shipped with insurance and signature required so all products will require signature.

we normally ship out products within 3-5 business days. Orders that cant meet that deadline will be followed up via email with a reason for the delay. We will only ship products to customers with the correct ETT qualifications. Lost and damaged goods will be claimed though their respective shipping provider.

Return & Exchange Policy

Kyles360printing does not accept returns and does not issue refunds but may offer a warranty period for certain devices as listed in product information listings.


To be eligible for warranty work, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any documentation, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request warranty work, please contact us at kyles360tech@gmail.com If your product is accepted for warranty work, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges and costs for shipping your package to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Warranty review
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your product and let you know if the warranty work was approved or not. If the product was not accepted for warranty work, you have the option of having it repaired at cost to you, or having the item returned to you.

Expected Variation

As products are 3D printed, small marks, blemishes, or changes to what you see in the product listing are possible. These marks will not effect your product's usefulness in any way. If for some reason you feel that one of these blemishes are effecting your product's effectiveness, please contact us at kyles360tech@gmail.com and we will evaluate your concern. If it is found that the blemish or mark in question does effect your product's effectiveness, we will initiate a warranty return as mentioned above.
